📦 Shipping & Returns

We offer free shipping within Germany for all orders over 80 EUR. For those orders, returns are also free of charge.

For orders below 80 EUR, customers cover the cost of return shipping.
All in-stock items are shipped within 1–2 business days, and you’ll receive an update once your order is on the way.

 

🔁 Returns Made Simple

Changed your mind? No worries. Simply email us at info@cosybebe.com with your order number, and we’ll help you with the return.

Returns are free within Europe. Once approved, we’ll send you a return label. Please make sure items are:

• unworn & unwashed

• in original packaging

• with tags still attached

Refunds are processed after we inspect the returned item.

💚 We rarely receive returns, as most of our customers shop consciously—supporting low-emission shipping and sustainable choices. Thank you!

 

💡 Right of Withdrawal 

You can cancel your order within 14 days—no need to give a reason. Just email us your withdrawal request within the period. We'll refund your full payment, including standard delivery costs, using the original payment method.

 

🛑 Cancellations & Account Closures

We reserve the right to cancel orders or close accounts in rare cases of misuse. Of course, we’ll refund you accordingly.
